Our approach

Why all three practices are under one roof

Real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy problems are related. A client who buys a home today may need to refinance later, may hit a hardship a few years after that, and may be ready to buy again after a bankruptcy. Each time a client changes firms, the new lawyer has to learn the file from scratch.

Keeping the three practices in one office means the file stays with you. When a foreclosure case turns into a Chapter 13, or a discharged client is ready to buy, there's no need to start over.

Every engagement letter sets out the scope of work and the fee in writing. If your matter doesn't need a lawyer, we'll tell you.

One office

When your situation changes, your attorney doesn't

Real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy problems are often connected. A homeowner who closed with us may later need help with the mortgage; a foreclosure case may turn into a Chapter 13; after a discharge, a client may be ready to buy again. Because all three are handled in the same office, you don't have to start over with someone new.
